COVID Message; Residents

Dear residents, we are continuing to monitor developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Due to the state of emergency currently in effect in our state, we are modifying certain services in order to try to keep everyone safe. We request that residents who are sick with flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc., call or email us instead of coming directly into the office. If you are ill and have a non-emergency maintenance request, please understand we will not be able to complete your request until you let management know that everyone in the household has been sympto […] read more

My daughter and I had a great experience when we stopped by Hidden Valley Club’s leasing office to inquire about a apartment home.  Handled very nicely

Nice Home | Hidden Valley Club has been a great place to stay these past few years. AWESOME LOCATION!  I just renewed my lease for another year and I have enjoyed my time here thus far. My apartment is a good price and very spacious and I actually feel safe here. I always like the landscaping in the summer too.

The staff at HVC is really cool to deal with.  They treated me with respect.  have been here for 2 years in a 2Bed apartment. Never had a major issue. Small maintenance tasks promptly attended.
